学生時代に、Otis Redding の『OTIS BLUE /
OTIS REDDING SINGS SOUL』（1965）を聴き
続けていたせいで、「A Change Is Gonna Come」に
ついては、オリジナルの Sam Cooke（1964）より、断然、
オーティス推しです（アルバム・ジャケットには「CHANGE
GONNA COME」と表記）。カバー曲としても、アレサ・
フランクリン（1967）やら、Solo（1995）やら、Seal
（2008）やら、何やら、名演は多々あるのですけれども、
こればっかりは“育ち”ですから、仕方ありませんのよ。
誰もに、それぞれの「Change Gonna Come」は有るから。
