サム・メンデス監督の『007 スペクター』
（2015）をVODで観ていて、オープニングに
流れる主題歌、Sam Smithの「Writing's
On The Wall」に惚れ直すことになり、
ヘリコプターでの戦闘シーンから、何度も
巻き戻して、聴き直し、挙げ句の果てに
シングルCDまで購入してしまったものです。
「（see[read] ）the handwriting on the wall」＝「災いの前兆（を見て取る）」
という故事成語（？）、『旧約聖書』の言葉がありまして、「writing on the wall」
だけで、不吉な前兆、悪い兆しを意味しますが、映画の字幕では「運命」……。
よくよく読めば、女々しい歌詞で、まぁ、その辺りがぼくの好きなところかも。
「悪い予感がするんだ。全てを投げ打つけれど、何があっても一緒にいてね」と。
